Fair question. You’re busy. You don’t have a free Tuesday to sit around and watch someone run tubing along your fence line. So, here’s the short version: most residential installations are completed in a single day. And no, you don’t necessarily need to be there for the whole thing.
Now the longer version—because the process is more interesting than you’d expect.

This is the part that surprises people. Before a single technician walks onto your property, your system has already been designed. Our team uses satellite imagery of your actual home to map the layout, study the landscaping, and identify the zones that matter most—pool deck, dining area, fire pit, the path the kids take from the back door to the swing set. All of it.
By the time we arrive for the installation, there’s no guesswork. No walking the yard and scratching our heads. The design is done. The materials are built to your property’s specifications at our facility. We’re showing up to execute a plan that already exists.

Our licensed technicians arrive with your custom system pre-built and ready. The installation itself involves positioning the nozzles along your property’s perimeter and outdoor living zones—tucked into fence lines, under eaves, within planter beds, along pergola beams. The tubing runs discreetly through your existing landscaping. The goal is total invisibility. Your guests should notice the comfort and never notice the equipment.
For a typical residential property—pool, patio, outdoor kitchen, standard suburban lot—the install takes roughly four to six hours. Larger estates or properties with complex layouts may take a full day. Either way, we don’t leave until the system is tested, calibrated, and fully operational.
For the beginning and the end, if you are home we would love to meet you. We will demonstrate the system once it’s live. But the hours in between? You don’t need to hover. Most of our clients are at work, running errands, or going about their day while the team handles the installation.
Some people like to be around. That’s fine too. But if you’re the type who prefers to hand the keys to the pool company and come home to a clean pool, this works the same way. We handle it. You come back to a finished system.

The system is operational the same day. Your technician will walk you through how it our SMART system runs—though “walk you through” might be generous, because the honest answer is: you don’t have to do anything. The system activates on a programmed schedule. It runs itself. The refills are scheduled proactively. The seasonal adjustments happen automatically.
You’ll get a follow-up within 48 hours to make sure everything’s running perfectly. After that, the system just becomes part of the background of your home—like the irrigation or the HVAC. One more thing that runs, reliably, without asking for your attention.
The install is one day. But the real moment is the evening after—when you walk outside at 8 PM, sit down by the pool, and realize nothing is bothering you. No mosquitoes. No rushing inside. No wondering if tonight’s going to be bad. Just the yard, the evening air, and the outdoor space you built, finally working the way you always imagined it would.
That’s a pretty good first night.
