At MosquitoNix, we're serious about producing top talent to serve our customers. You'll be thoroughly screen and tested for competence within the scope of your work, and we also pull Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) reports and run background checks to ensure that we have safe, hygienic and responsible staff members. Our training program takes six weeks to complete. That's a full month and a half of training before you interact with any customers or perform any service work. It's a serious commitment, but by the end of your training, you'll be a trusted employee ready to take on challenging tasks, serve customers and enjoy competitive pay and steady employment.
In addition to training our staff members up front, we also offer a number of employee development programs to make sure our workers are always ready to meet new challenges. This includes on-going performance monitoring, goal setting and plans of action between employees and their managers. Each employee continues annual developmental training to provide the opportunity to perform at the highest levels and grow within the company.
